Zhitong Financial APP News, Rex International (02222) issued an announcement that the board of directors of the company proposes to consolidate shares on the basis of merging every 10 existing shares of US $0.0000001 each in the issued and unissued share capital of the company into one consolidated share of US $0.000001 each.
As at the date of this announcement, existing shares are traded on the Stock Exchange in the trading unit of 20000 existing shares each. It is proposed that upon the entry into force of the share consolidation and subject to the entry into force of the share consolidation, each trading unit traded on the Stock Exchange will be changed from 20000 existing shares to 10000 consolidated shares.
