As at the date of this announcement, details of all categories of relevant securities issued by the Company and the number of such issued securities are as follows: (a) a total of 3.911 billion newly issued newly created shares; and (b) a total of 83.6639 million newly created share options with rights to subscribe for a total of 83.6639 million newly created shares under the newly created share option Scheme.
