("Xiaomu New Energy"), pursuant to which the two parties agreed to explore strategic cooperation on the construction, acquisition and operation of ╱ or the operation of vehicle charging stations in the people's Republic of China.
According to the terms of the framework agreement, the cooperation model may include, among other things: (a) the car charging station provided by the Group, and the charging system, technical assessment and specification and operating resources provided by Xiaomi New Energy; (b) the construction of automobile charging station invested by the Group, the evaluation of Xiaomu New Energy and the provision of suitable sites for the construction of automobile charging station, as well as the provision of charging system, technical assessment and specification and operating resources. (C) the Group acquires automobile charging stations, and Xiaomu New Energy provides suitable acquisition targets as well as charging systems, technical assessment and regulation and operating resources; and (d) the Group and Xiaomu New Energy are franchised under a joint brand, in which Xiaomu New Energy provides charging systems, technical assessment and specifications and operating resources at franchised vehicle charging stations.
