The board of directors recommended that the English name of the company be changed from "GREATER BAY AREA DYNAMIC GROWTH HOLDING LIMITED" to "HKD.com Holdings Limited" and that "HKD.com Holdings Limited" be adopted as the second Chinese name of the company to replace the existing Chinese name "Greater Bay area Fusion Power Holdings Limited".
The board of directors is of the view that the proposed change of the company name will provide the company with a clearer corporate image and characteristics, which is conducive to the future business development of the company.
