According to Zhitong Finance App, Sustainable Agriculture (08609) announced that on September 13, 2023, the buyer (the company is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Anan Agricultural Private Co., Ltd.) and the seller (Hu Yinghao, Hu Yingjie) entered into this agreement. The buyer agreed to purchase these assets and the business at a cost of 900,000 Singapore dollars, to be paid by the buyer in cash instalments.
It is reported that the business that the buyer will acquire from the seller on the completion date under this agreement is the fresh egg wholesale and distribution business operated by Oh Chuan Aun Trading Company in Singapore; according to the agreement, the assets that the buyer will acquire from the seller include the following items: business name; customer list and records; supplier relationships; and the goodwill of the business, excluding Oh Chuan Aun Trading Company's plant and equipment, other assets and all liabilities.
