Xinghe Holdings (01891) announced that on September 7, 2023, 5S Holdings BVI Limited, the company's controlling shareholder, had agreed to buy, while four individuals (sellers) had agreed to sell a total of 100m common shares of the company, accounting for 10 per cent of the company's total issued share capital at a price of HK $0.16 per share.
Following the completion of the acquisition, the company's common shares held by 5S Holdings have increased to 441.68 million shares, accounting for 44.17% of the company's total issued share capital. Sia Brothers (through themselves and through 5S Holdings) hold a total of 681.68 million shares as a result of their direct and indirect interests in the Company, representing 68.17% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
