Zhitong Financial APP News, Huaying Construction (01582) issued an announcement that the company was informed by the company's executive director and chairman Guan Manyu that on September 13, 2023, Mr. Guan bought a total of 500000 common shares (shares) of the company in open market transactions, with an average price of about HK $0.4849 per share, accounting for about 0.1% of the company's issued shares. Immediately after the purchase, Mr. Guan had an interest in a total of 2 million shares. As at the date of this announcement, it accounts for approximately 0.4% of the total issued share capital of the company.
According to Mr. Guan, he has full confidence in the overall development prospects and growth potential of the Group. Subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements, Mr. Guan does not rule out the possibility that he will further increase his shareholding in the company in due course.
