Base Jinbiao Group (08460) announced that on July 13, 2023, the buyer (the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Junji Engineering Co., Ltd.) intends to purchase the target vehicle (a private car) from the seller (Champion Motor Sport Limited) at a consideration of HK $2.2214 million.
The company buys the target vehicles to provide the distinguished customers of the group with higher-grade means of transportation. The Board believes that the purchase will help improve the image of the Group and make a positive contribution to the promotion of customer relations.
