Zhitong Financial App News, China Huaxing (00485) issued a notice that on the date of this announcement, after the directors have made all reasonable enquiries to the receiver, to the best knowledge of the directors, the receiver is looking for potential buyers of the charged shares and has discussed with several potential buyers the main terms of the sale of the charged shares. Subject only to further negotiations and various internal procedures of the receiver (including, but not limited to, background checks and other legal and financial due diligence against potential buyers, as well as reviewing, discussing and approving the main terms of the sale). As at the date of this announcement, the receiver has not entered into any legally binding agreement. Apart from the above, the company has not received any news or further development information about the shares charged.
