Gelonghui September 7?Lianhua supermarket (00980.HK) announced that the company has reached an investment and financial management cooperation with Shanghai Securities Co., Ltd. ("Shanghai Securities") for a period from April 23, 2021 to December 31, 2023 (both dates inclusive). Hangzhou Lianhua Chinese Merchants Group Co., Ltd. ("Lianhua Chinese Merchants", a subsidiary of the company) and Shanghai Securities plan to enter into a new agreement to renew investment and financial management cooperation related transactions, in accordance with the agreement to carry out asset management plans and other investment products related transactions, the scope of investment is proposed to include (a) fixed income assets; (b) equity assets (C) mixed asset management products issued under the supervision and issuance of the financial regulatory authority under the State Council; (d) futures and derivatives asset management products issued under the supervision of the financial regulatory authority of the State Council (not investing in over-the-counter derivatives); (e) bonds are being repurchased and the maximum daily investment balance is expected to not exceed RMB 1.4 billion.
