Quarterhill (OTCQX:QTRHF) names Chuck Myers, a member of its Board of Directors as its CEO.
Mr. Myers most recently served as CEO and board member of Cogniac Corporation, a San Jose, California-based provider of enterprise-class AI deep learning solutions that automate visual inspection through image and video analysis. He has been a member of the Board since May 2023.
