Gelonghui, September 5.Tianhong Company Limited (002419.SZ) announced that the Board of DirectorsAgree with the company to close Chengdu High-tech Tianhong Shopping Mall and authorize the management of the company to deal with the specific issues of store closure and take corresponding risk response measures. In recent years, due to the influence of the market environment and various objective reasons, the operating condition of the store is not up to expectation. in order to optimize the store structure and improve the channel quality of the company, the company will close the offline store from October 21, 2023, and will terminate the corresponding lease contract. The matter will result in an one-time loss of about 21.37 million yuan, including merchant compensation, employee compensation, asset loss and other related expenses; at the same time, according to the lease contract and the new lease criteria, it will also be recognized that the income from the disposal of the right to use assets is about 75.03 million yuan. in total, the total profit of the company is expected to increase by about 53.66 million yuan this year.
