In terms of ceramic powder, the company has mastered more than 150 kinds of ceramic powder formulations, of which more than 60 have been commercially used in batches, with dielectric constant in the range of 4-150, low temperature drift, high Q value and other performance characteristics, which can meet the application of dielectric filter, dielectric resonator and other products with frequency within 110GHz. The company's existing production line can cover the whole process from ceramic powder preparation to finished components leaving the factory, and can adopt multi-variety and differentiated flexible production mode according to customer needs. With long-term technology accumulation, filters, resonators and other major products developed by the company relying on its own core technology have been widely recognized by downstream customers in terms of dielectric performance, stability, cost control ability and mass production delivery scale.
