Zhitong Financial App News, Mobile Internet (China) (01439) issued an announcement that according to Rule 13.49 (6) of the listing rules, the company is required to publish the Group's interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2023 (interim results in 2023) within two months after the end of the six-month period (i.e. on or before August 31, 2023). As the company is still implementing the 2022 interim results and full-year results, the publication of 2023 interim results has been delayed accordingly. Interim results for 2023 are currently expected to be published on or before September 30, 2023.
In addition, trading will continue to be suspended.
