Gelonghui August 31?Fangyuan Life Service (09978.HK) announced that in the six months ended June 30, 2023, the group recorded a profit of about 217.6 million yuan, down about 21.7% from a year earlier; the loss attributable to the company's owners was about 22.9 million yuan, and the profit attributable to the owners of the company was about 9.8 million yuan in the same period last year, mainly due to a substantial increase in impairment losses on financial assets of about 46.9 million yuan. The decrease in income during the period was mainly due to a decrease of about 57.2 million yuan in income generated by the real estate agency service division.
