Gelonghui August 31st 丨Qingjian International (01240.HK) announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2023. During the reporting period, the Group's total revenue was approximately HK$4.229 billion, an increase of about 10.1% over the previous year. The increase was mainly due to the increase in sales revenue confirmed for property development projects due to a gradual catch-up with project progress during the reporting period.
The announcement stated that Hong Kong has benefited from the development of the northern metropolitan area, and it is expected that the Hong Kong construction market will be very booming in the next ten years. The Group will continue to actively use its advantages to “assemble and synthesize” construction technology and strive to expand Hong Kong's transitional housing and simple public housing projects. The volume of local construction projects is expected to rise steadily.
