The group earned an income of 91.931 million yuan (RMB, the same below), an increase of 2.01% over the same period last year. The loss attributable to shareholders was 63.885 million yuan, narrowed by 50.64% year-on-year, and the basic loss per share was 0.03 yuan.
According to the announcement, rental income was 88.7 million yuan, an increase of 2.2% compared with 86.8 million yuan in the same period in 2022. The increase in rental income was mainly due to the decline in the vacancy rate of shopping malls in the first half of 2023.
