Gelonghui announced on August 31 that for the six months ended June 30, 2023, the company achieved revenue of 136.2 million yuan, up 4.1 percent from 130.8 million yuan in the same period in 2022. The gross profit during the period was 27.3 million yuan, a decrease of 31.1% compared with the same period in 2022. The gross profit margin during the period was 20.1%, down 10.2 percentage points from the same period in 2022. The income attributable to the owners of the company during the period was 4.5 million yuan, down 76.6 percent from 19.2 million yuan in the same period in 2022.
On June 30, 2023, the total construction area of the group under management was 9.0 million square meters, a decrease of 3.2% compared with June 30, 2022. As at June 30, 2023, the total contracted floor area of the Group was 11.1 million square meters.
