Gelonghui August 30th 丨Territory Holdings (06999.HK) announced that for the six months ended June 30, 2023, the Group's revenue increased 9.0% year-on-year to approximately RMB 7.025 billion, mainly due to an increase in property delivery projects in the first half of '23. Losses attributable to company owners reached RMB 250.4 million, core losses amounted to RMB 2 million, and core losses attributable to company owners reached RMB 158.8 million. As at 30 June 2023, cash and bank balances reached RMB3,334.3 billion.
