Zhitong Financial APP News, Hong Kong Chinese Co., Ltd. (00655) announced its results for the six months ended June 30, 2023, with revenue of HK $36.862 million, an increase of 0.6% over the same period last year; profit attributable to shareholders was HK $88.679 million, down 70.2% from the same period last year; and basic profit per share was HK $4.4 cents.
The decrease in the consolidated profit attributable to shareholders during the period was mainly due to the decrease in the profits of the joint venture held by the group during the period.
