Zhitong Financial APP News, Greater China Holdings (00021) announced interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2023, with income of HK $18.725 million, an increase of 194.09% over the same period last year; profit attributable to the company's owners was HK $28.06 million, down 23.7% from the same period last year; and earnings per share were HK0.71 cents.
It is reported that the increase in turnover is mainly due to the increase in the delivery area and management area of property sales during the period.
