Zhitong Financial App News, China Sandi (00910) released interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2023, the group achieved a total income of 1.427 billion yuan (the same as below), an increase of 164.67% over the same period last year; profit attributable to company owners was 82.197 million yuan, down 31.4% from a year earlier; earnings per share were 1.62%.
During the reporting period, the Group's contract sales were about $651.6 million, a decrease of about 49.4% compared with about $1.2876 billion in the same period. During the reporting period, the total gross floor area (gross floor area) of contract sales was about 64500 square metres, a decrease of about 52.7 per cent compared with about 136300 square metres in the same period.
The Group's strategy is to maintain an adequate portfolio of land reserves to support the Group's own development projects in the next few years. As at June 30, 2023, the Group has a quality land reserve with a total floor area of about 1.857 million square meters, of which about 1.643 million square meters belong to the owners of the company.
