Gelonghui August 30?00239.HK announced interim results that for the six months ended June 30, 2023, revenue was HK $126 million, up 124.9 per cent from a year earlier; underlying recurrent profit was HK $59.054 million, up 659.0 per cent; and reported profit was HK $55.993 million, compared with a loss of HK $2.207 million and earnings per share of HK18.0 cents for the same period last year, with an interim dividend of HK3.0 cents per share.
The increase in underlying recurrent profit is mainly reflected in the substantial increase in sales revenue of the health care business after the relaxation and full liberalization of epidemic prevention measures in Hong Kong, Macao and mainland China.
