Zhitong Financial APP News, Friends Holdings (00076) released interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2023, with earnings of US $51.037 million, down 3.55% from the same period last year; profit for the period was US $300000, down 91.54% from the same period last year; and earnings per share were 0.08 cents.
In the first half of 2023, the turnover of the group's electronics manufacturing services business was about US $35.9 million, a decrease of about US $900000 or 2.4% compared with about US $36.8 million in the same period last year. Although Axiom's sales (in sterling terms) rose slightly, profit was still lower than last year, mainly due to a fall in gross profit margin.
