According to Zhitong Financial App, Green Leader Holdings (00061) announced its 2023 interim results, with revenue of about HK$561 million, a year-on-year decrease of 51.81%; owners of the company should account for losses of about HK$1 billion, profit of about HK$304 million for the same period last year; loss of 190.1 HK cents per share.
The announcement stated that the decrease in revenue was mainly due to the decline in the price and production of mining products during the period. The profit turnover loss was mainly due to a decrease in revenue and gross profit from the mining business and the change from impairment losses relating to mining rights and property, plant and equipment in mid-2022 to impairment losses of about HK$2,005 billion relating to mining rights and properties, plant and equipment during the period.
