The group achieved a turnover of 1.251 billion yuan (the same as the unit below), an increase of 0.47% over the same period last year, and a profit of 34.489 million yuan, down 30.57% from the same period last year. Earnings per share are 1.93 cents.
Gross profit decreased by about 21.1 million yuan or 11.8% from about 178.5 million yuan in the first half of 2022 to about 157.4 million yuan in the first half of 2023. The overall gross profit margin decreased from about 14.3% in the first half of 2022 to about 12.6% in the first half of 2023. The decline in overall gross profit margin was mainly due to continued competition in the industry.
