Gelonghui August 29?Weili Holdings (02372.HK) announcementRevenue fell by about 67.5% to about 63.6 million yuan in the six months ended June 30, 2023.The Group recorded a loss attributable to the company's shareholders of about RMB 3.9 million (for the six months ended June 30, 2022: the profit attributable to the shareholders of the company was about RMB 20 million). The basic loss per share is approximately 0.5 cents (for the six months ended June 30, 2022: basic earnings per share is approximately 3.3 cents). The Board has decided not to recommend the declaration of an interim dividend for the six months ended 30 June 2023 (6 months ended 30 June 2022: nil).
The decrease in the Group's overall revenue was mainly due to the temporary reduction in the number of orders for transfer paper and composite paper products placed with the Group by some of the Group's major customers, which the Directors considered to be mainly due to the revision of QR code packaging.
