Zhitong Financial APP News, Runge Interactive (02422) announced that the group has subscribed for financial products with a total investment of RMB 10 million provided by Zhongrong International Trust Co., Ltd. (Zhongrong Trust) on July 20, 2023.
As at the date of this announcement, the board of directors confirms that the maturity date of these financial products is October 19, 2023; the principal and investment income of these financial products have not yet been recovered, and there is a risk that the principal and interest cannot be paid in full or can only be partially repaid. If the principal and interest of these financial products cannot be fully repaid, it will have a certain adverse impact on the financial position of the Group, but the Group is currently operating well, the late payment of these financial products will not have a significant adverse impact on the normal operation and day-to-day operating funds of the Group.
