Fujian-Hong Kong Holdings (00181) announced interim results for 2023, with earnings of about HK $16.6158 million, up about 124% from a year earlier; profit attributable to company holders was about HK $507300, compared with a loss of about HK $3.0422 million in the same period last year; earnings per share were HK0.04 cents.
The profit was mainly due to revenue from improved hotel business revenue and changes in the fair value of financial assets during the period, the announcement said.
