Zhitong Financial App News, Zhifang International Holdings (08521) issued an announcement that Xian Jianhang has been appointed as the company secretary, effective from August 28th, 2023. Hung Yumiao, a non-executive Director, will cease to act as (I) the authorized representative of the company under Rule 5.24 of the rules governing the listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited under Rule 5.24 of the rules governing the listing of GEM Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and (ii) the authorized representative of the company under part 16 of the companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the laws of Hong Kong, with effect from 28 August 2023; and Mr. Xian will act as the authorized representative and legal process agent to replace Mr. Hung.
Li Jian has been appointed as an executive director with effect from August 28, 2023.
