On August 25th, 2023, the board of directors resolved through the buyer (the company's direct wholly owned subsidiary)The total consideration for the purchase of notes with face value of up to US $6 million at a discount will not exceed HK $40 million.
As at the date of this announcement, the Purchaser has purchased notes of US $2 million in face value equivalent to approximately HK $12.4 million.
