The group's income by business line is as follows: (1) the realized income from property management services is about 360 million yuan, accounting for about 74.5% of the total income, an increase of about 30.0% compared with about 277 million yuan in the same period in 2022; (2) the realized income from non-owner value-added services is about 70 million yuan, accounting for 14.5% of the total income, which is about 35.2% lower than that of about 108 million yuan in the same period in 2022. (3) the realized income of community value-added services is about 40 million yuan, accounting for about 8.3% of the total income, which is about 21.2% higher than that of about 33 million yuan in the same period in 2022; and (4) the income from apartment operation and management services is about 13 million yuan, accounting for about 2.7% of the total income.
During the reporting period, the gross profit was about 87 million yuan, which was about 17.1% less than that of about 105 million yuan in the same period in 2022. The gross profit margin is about 18.0%, which is about 7.1 percentage points lower than the gross profit margin of about 25.1% for the same period in 2022. The profit attributable to the company's equity owners during the period is about 13.458 million yuan, a decrease of about 40.3% over the same period last year, and the basic profit per share is 0.03 yuan. On June 30, 2023, the group signed a construction area of about 38.69 million square meters, of which the construction area under management was about 30.64 million square meters, an increase of about 5.0% over that of December 31, 2022.
