According to the evaluation consultation report issued by Beijing China Enterprise China Asset Evaluation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Enterprise China"), which is the asset appraisal institution of Jinglan Science and Technology restructuring case, the book value of Baotou Agricultural Bank's equity held by the company is 75.2628 million yuan, with an evaluation value of 35.4597 million yuan.
According to the "property management and price change plan", the administrator will dispose of the equity of Baotou Agricultural Bank held by the company on the JD.com bankruptcy auction platform by means of online auction.
The administrator issued the first auction announcement of the equity of Baotou Agricultural Commercial Bank on JD.com bankruptcy auction platform and the National Enterprise bankruptcy reorganization Information Network on Aug. 25, 2023, with a notice period of 15 days.
