Gelonghui August 25?China Nuclear Energy Science and Technology (00611.HK) announcementThe Board of Directors hereby announces that on 25 August 2023, CNNC (Nanjing), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, entered into an equipment purchase agreement with Yingli Energy (as supplier). Nuclear (Nanjing) agreed to purchase and Yingli Energy agreed to sell Yingli energy equipment to develop a 50 MW photovoltaic power station in Heshui Town, Yangchun City, Guangdong Province, PRC. The cost of the Yingli energy equipment purchase agreement is RMB 101 million. It is expected that Yangchun photovoltaic power station will be connected to the grid on or before November 30, 2023. Upon completion of the construction, Yangchun photovoltaic power station will be owned and operated by the Group.

CNNC (Nanjing) agreed to purchase and Tongwei Solar Energy agreed to sell Tongwei solar equipment to develop a photovoltaic power station with a total capacity of 50 MW in Peimian Town, Yangchun City, Guangdong Province, China. The cost of the purchase agreement for Tongwei solar equipment is RMB 102 million. It is expected that Yangchun photovoltaic power station will be connected to the grid on or before November 30, 2023. Upon completion of the construction, Yangchun photovoltaic power station will be owned and operated by the Group.
