Gelonghui August 25?03603.HK announced that for the six months ended June 30, 2023, the realized income was 129 million Hong Kong dollars, down 15.1% from the same period last year; the loss during the period was 82.929 million yuan, while the profit in the same period last year was 16.454 million yuan; the core net profit was 35.526 million yuan, down 39.2% from the same period last year; and the basic loss per share was 0.06 yuan. The decrease in revenue during the period was due to a decrease in rental income and a decrease in revenue from the sale of goods and mall business management services.
