TERMBRAY IND (00093) announces interim results, profit attributable to shareholders of HK$13.688 million increased 18.7% year-on-year

Zhitong Financial App News, TERMBRAY IND (00093) released interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2023, the group achieved a profit of HK $94.851 million, an increase of 30.63% over the same period last year; profit attributable to shareholders was HK $13.608 million, an increase of 18.7% over the same period last year; and earnings per share were HK0.51 cents.

According to the announcement, interest income from financial lending business during the period under review was about HK $93.5 million (for the six months ended June 30, 2022: HK $70.8 million), an increase of about HK $22.7 million over the six months ended June 30, 2022; net expenditure on loans receivable and interest impairment provisions was about HK $13.9 million and write-off (less recovery) was about HK $26.9 million; and fair value income on investment properties was about HK $6 million.
