Baolong Commercial (09909) released interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2023, with revenue of about 1.275 billion yuan (RMB, the same below), an increase of about 0.7% over the same period last year, and profits attributable to shareholders of about 257 million yuan, an increase of about 6.9% over the same period last year. Core profit attributable to shareholders is about 288 million yuan, an increase of about 7.5% over the same period last year; it is proposed to pay an interim dividend of HK $0.15 per share.
As at June 30, 2023, the contracted floor area of the group's commercial operation services is about 15.3 million square meters, and the opening floor area of the group's commercial operation services is about 10.7 million square meters.
