It is proposed to pay an interim dividend of HK15 cents per share.
The announcement said that during the period, it achieved a sound operating performance in line with expectations, and achieved strong business growth. In the first half of 2023, the loan volume reached 36.2 billion yuan, an increase of 31.4% over the second half of 2022.
