- Blank check company EDOC Acquisition (NASDAQ:ADOC) Thursday said it entered into a deal with asset manager Arena Investors and Australian Oilseeds Holdings.
- Under the deal, EDOC Acquisition and Arena Investors will make a convertible debenture and warrant PIPE investment of up to $7 million into Australian Oilseeds, in connection with a previous agreement.
- Last December, EDOC Acquisition signed a definitive business combination agreement that entailed the formation of Australian Oilseeds Holdings which would pursue a listing on the Nasdaq Capital Markets.
- Additionally, the company also planned the execution of a $50 million equity line of credit between an affiliate of Arena and Australian Oilseeds at the closing of the prior agreement.
