02180.HK announced that in the first half of 2023, despite a weak economy and sluggish demand from various industries, the recruitment and solutions division fell 28.2% compared with last year, but the group still achieved total revenue of 2529.0 million yuan, an increase of about 13.5% over the same period in 2022. Revenue generated by the flexible employment division increased by about 15.8% from last year to 2,433.1 million yuan.
During the period, the net profit attributable to the owners of the company increased to 55.6 million yuan, a slight increase of about 1.8% over last year. After taking into account share options and restricted share unit expenses, and impairment losses recognised on property and equipment and other intangible assets, the adjusted net profit attributable to the owners of the company increased to RMB61.7 million, an increase of about 3.7% over last year.
