Zhitong Financial APP News, Shanghai Zendai (00755) released interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2023, the group achieved an income of HK $195 million, down 0.15% from the same period last year; the loss attributable to the owners of the company was HK $187 million, down 60.12% from the same period last year; loss per share was HK1.26 cents.
As the Group's property development projects are still mainly in the planning stage, the Group's income during the period mainly comes from property leasing and management services and hotel operations.
During the period under review, the decrease in the Group's losses was mainly due to a significant reduction in administrative expenses, sales and marketing expenses and financial expenses.
