Gross margin was approximately 17.4% (six months ended June 30, 2022:23.0%), a decrease of about 24.3% compared to the same period last year.Net performance for the period increased by approximately RMB 91.6 million from a net loss of approximately RMB 22.4 million for the same period last year to net profit of approximately RMB 69.2 million for the period.
The increase in revenue was mainly due to an increase in the company's residential property sales of approximately RMB 938.7 million in the six months ended June 30, 2023.
