According to Zhitong Financial App, Yili Holdings (00076) announced that the group is expected to obtain net profit attributable to shareholders of about 300,000 US dollars in the six months ending June 30, 2023 (same period 2022: net profit of about 3.5 million US dollars).
The board of directors believes that the decline in net profit for the six months ending June 30, 2023 is mainly due to excess artificial graphite production capacity in China, which has led to a decline in the selling price of natural graphite products, and an increase in graphite production costs.
