Yucheng Kejin (00279) announced that on 23 August 2023, Yucheng Global Market entered into an investment advisory agreement with Avantua, under which Yucheng Global Market will provide investment advisory services to Avantua from the date of the investment advisory agreement to 30 September 2023, both days inclusive.
On the same day, Yucheng Enterprise Advisors entered into a business advisory agreement with Hogun, under which Yucheng Corporate Advisors will provide strategic business advisory services to Hogun during the period from the date of the business consultancy agreement to 31 March 2024, both days inclusive.
