On January 31, 2023, Henan Huaying Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company) disclosed the "2022 performance Forecast". It is estimated that the net profit belonging to the shareholders of the listed company in 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the net profit) will be-270 million yuan to-340 million yuan, which is quite different from the net profit disclosed in the 2022 report. The disclosure of the company's performance forecast is inaccurate.
