Zhitong Financial App News, Fengzhan Holdings (01826) announced that the Group expects to make a net loss of approximately HK $11 million to HK $14 million for the six months ended June 30, 2023, and a net loss of about HK $1.7 million for the six months ended June 30, 2022 (excluding an one-time gain of HK $10.9 million for a subsidiary to terminate its consolidated account).
For the six months ended 30 June 2023, the number of ongoing projects decreased, and some ongoing projects incurred additional costs due to unexpected delays during this period. As a result, compared with net profit for the six months ended 30 June 2022, the Group achieved a decrease in income and a net loss for the six months ended 30 June 2023.
