On June 30, 2023, the Group's contracted construction area was about 53.6 million square meters, down about 5.8% from the 56.9 million square meters signed on June 30, 2022. Of these, the number of projects under management was 287, and the construction area under management was about 45.8 million square meters, an increase of about 2.0% over the 44.9 million square meters managed on June 30, 2022.
