A total of 18 valid acceptances and applications have been received, involving 16.2707 million rights issue shares, equivalent to about 127.83% of the total number of 12.728 million rights issue shares presented under the rights issue.
In accordance with the irrevocable undertaking, Ms. Wu has accepted and subscribed for the 773800 rights issue shares provisionally allotted to her under the interim quota notice. Based on the above results, the number of rights issue shares oversubscribed is 3.5427 million rights issue shares, equivalent to about 27.83% of the total number of 12.728 million rights issue shares offered under the rights issue.
Based on the above number of valid acceptance of the provisional quota under the provisional quota notice, 5.1685 million rights issue shares (equivalent to about 40.61% of the total rights issue shares) are available for subscription on the basis of the additional application form. The number of additional rights issue shares is not sufficient to meet all valid applications for a total of 8.7112 million additional rights issue shares under the additional application form.
