Zhitong Financial APP News, Kingway Medical (08143) issued an announcement, the following changes will take effect from August 22nd, 2023: 1. Zheng Gang has resigned as executive director and member of the Remuneration Committee and ceased to be the authorized representative of the company under Rule 5.24 of the GEM listing rules and the authorized representative of the company to receive process or notices in Hong Kong on behalf of part 16 of the companies Ordinance; 2. Mr Ng has been appointed as an executive director and a member of the Remuneration Committee; and 3. Lin Quanzhi has been appointed as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 5.24 of the GEM listing rules and the authorized representative of the company to receive process or notices in Hong Kong on behalf of the company under part 16 of the companies Ordinance.
