Zhitong Financial App News, Zhongyu Land (01224) announced results for the six months ended June 30, 2023, with total revenue of HK $240 million, down 9.4% from the same period last year; net loss of HK $1.35 billion, profit of HK $241 million in the same period last year; and basic loss per share of HK34.77 cents.
In the first half of the year, rental income from the investment property portfolio was HK $239 million, a decrease of 8.7% compared with the same period last year, due to the expiry of some One Kingdom Street leases and the depreciation of about 3.4% of the average exchange rate of the pound against the Hong Kong dollar during the period.
